The Sea Breath Ship
A dream becomes true: a ship capable of plowing the oceans and contributing to the collection of plastic & solid debris that float on the sea transported by the currents around a circular gyre and intercepting them where the plastic island formation has occurred. Sea Breath is a large boat capable not only of collecting but also of self-feeding with everything that is on the surface in the sea, without bringing anything back to land. Equipped with a grabbing systems that can be activated only where the need arises, it loads on board everything that is on the surface, with no impact on marine flora and fauna. By means of Breath technology, the Sea Breath Ship re-uses the collected waste to extracts energy for its own engines. The vessel is able to intervene where necessary, in natural disasters as well as in accidents caused by the ineptitude or superficiality of mankind. Sea Breath can intervene in the countless islands of plastic that can be found in the open sea, at the mercy of the currents but can also navigate up the polutted rivers to catch the waste before it reach the sea.
